My Services
Creating space for healing, understanding, and change
A safe, compassionate space to understand your story — without pressure to retell every detail.
Individual therapy is for clients who want ongoing support as they work through trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, or long-standing emotional patterns. Sessions are collaborative and paced according to what feels manageable for your body and nervous system.
Together, we work toward:
• Building safety and emotional grounding
• Understanding the patterns that keep you stuck
• Processing painful memories or beliefs
• Learning how to regulate your nervous system
• Reclaiming a sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust
My approach integrates EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), trauma-informed talk therapy, and nervous-system awareness to help you heal from the inside out.
Insurance accepted: BCBS PPO, United PPO
Private pay: $175 per session
Format: In-person (Lindenhurst, IL) or virtual throughout Illinois
Individual Therapy
Focused, deeper healing in a shorter amount of time.
Trauma intensives offer extended therapy sessions designed to help you move through trauma with more momentum than weekly therapy allows. These longer blocks of EMDR, ART, or blended trauma work create a supportive, concentrated space to reduce distress, shift stuck patterns, and process painful memories without feeling rushed.
Intensives are ideal for clients who want meaningful progress quickly, who feel stuck in traditional therapy, or who prefer a structured, time-efficient approach.
Private pay only.
Pricing: Intensives start at $750.
Trauma Therapy Intensives (EMDR+ART)
EMDR Consultation for Therapists
Supporting EMDR-trained therapists is one of my favorite parts of this work. I offer consultation that focuses not only on clinical skill-building, but also on strengthening your intuition, attunement, and overall sense of clarity in your cases.
In our consultation work, we may explore:
Building clear, relationally attuned case conceptualizations
Identifying and working through stuck points
Integrating EMDR with talk therapy, ART, or other trauma modalities
Ethical and pacing considerations for complex trauma
Strengthening your own nervous-system regulation as a clinician
Developing confidence in targeting sequences, resourcing, and interweaves
Understanding how family systems, attachment, and trauma histories inform EMDR work
Whether you're new to EMDR or deepening your skills, consultation is a place to slow down, ask questions, explore clinical nuance, and grow your confidence as an EMDR therapist.
