welcome
When life feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Maybe you’ve been holding it together for years — the dependable one, the calm one, the one who pushes through even when your chest feels tight and your body is exhausted.
Maybe old memories keep showing up at the worst moments, or you’re realizing that the things you survived still live inside your nervous system, shaping how safe or unsafe the world feels.
Or perhaps you’ve reached a point where you’re tired of coping and ready to actually heal — to stop looping, stop bracing, and stop feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough.”
Wherever you are, you’re welcome here.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and find your way back to yourself — with safety, steadiness, and support.
hello!
I am Shaun (she/her).
I am a trauma therapist who believes you should feel seen, not scrutinized.
For many people, therapy has meant telling their story over and over while still feeling misunderstood. I know how painful that can be — and I’ve built my practice to feel different.
I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist, Accelerated Resolution Therapist, and systems-trained social worker with over 25 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach is warm, steady, and attuned. I move at your pace, listen closely, and create a space where you can feel safe again — inside your body, inside your story, and inside your life.
If you’ve carried too much, for too long… you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
LET’S GET STARTED
my offerings
Individual Therapy
Therapy that meets you where you are — grounded, compassionate, and centered around your nervous system’s needs. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling “not like yourself,” we move slowly and intentionally, building trust as we go. No pressure. No rushing. Just space that’s finally safe to exhale in.
Trauma Therapy Intensives
For deeper, focused healing that doesn’t require months of weekly sessions.
ART intensives are especially powerful for reducing distress quickly — without retelling traumatic memories in detail. These longer sessions provide the time, structure, and support needed to create meaningful change in a short period of time.
EMDR Consultation
Support for clinicians looking to strengthen their skills, confidence, and clarity with EMDR.
I offer individual and group consultation focused on case conceptualization, ethical use of EMDR, integrating modalities, and navigating “stuck spots.”
My goal is to help clinicians feel grounded, attuned, and effective in the work they love.
“Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means it no longer controls your life.”
